When a man or woman chooses to come to Brattleboro Comprehensive Treatment Center to embark on the journey to lasting recovery, he or she will experience individualized care that fosters personal growth in a meaningful way. From the moment a patient is admitted to our center, his or her unique needs are assessed and incorporated into a treatment plan that features effective medication and beneficial therapeutic interventions.

It is because of the highly personalized treatment planning process that the cost of care at Brattleboro Comprehensive Treatment Center can vary from one patient to the next. However, we make a point to discuss the final cost for services rendered before each patient begins receiving treatment.

The following payment policies apply to those who elect to receive care at our center; policies that will be discussed with patients at the start of treatment:

  • We cannot accept personal checks or payments made over the phone.
  • Cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders are acceptable methods of payment.
  • If a patient intends to use his or her insurance, our staff must verify said insurance prior to the start of treatment. We accept MassHealth for Massachusetts residents.
  • Even if a patient would like to pay for services with his or her insurance, we require patients to pay for their care upfront. Our staff can provide patients with a billing statement so that it can be submitted to his or her insurance company for reimbursement at a later time.
